Warsaw, Poland

In 2002 the World Pension Forum traveled to Warsaw, Poland. The delegation enjoyed world class treatment from the Polish authorities and met President Lech Walęsa, who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1983. The delegation engaged in a number of high-level meetings during their stay in Warsaw, giving them a comprehensive understanding of the changes taking place in the region following the Soviet Union’s transition into modern day Russia.
